Shown here is a portion of the perennial gardens
that cover much of the property. The winding stone path leads
to the parking lot beyond the salt box-style garden shed. Chairs and tables in the garden provide a lovely spot to share a glass of lemonade or some wine and cheese before heading to town for dinner.
In June 2007, the Gardens was one of the lovely neighborhood gardens that were featured on the annual Portsmouth Pocket Garden tour. The gardens have changed since this picture was taken and you will see many wonderful new species and many of the bushes have grown significantly.
