Winter Parlor Room - Martin Hill Inn, Bed and Breakfast, Portsmouth NH

The newly decorated Winter Parlor is available for guests to enjoy from November through April when the snow blankets the gardens and thoughts turn indoors. Featuring period antiques, loveseat, armchairs and a marble table for parlor games, the Winter Parlor is an ideal place to relax for afternoon tea or a little light reading before retiring for the night. Take a walk in the morning before breakfast and return to the Parlor to read the newspaper before indulging in breakfast. A variety of games and puzzles are available for guests to borrow. A large basket of menus for our local restaurants is also located in the Parlor as well as maps of downtown Portsmouth. Sorry, no television, just good old-fashioned conversation.

The Winter Parlor is also available for anyone wishing to hire all or part of the Inn for a specific occasion. These may include:
